This sealing locknut uses a poly, Teflon, or nylon insert recessed into the bottom of the nut. When tightened against the bearing surface, it creates a secure, thread-locking seal. DBL-LOC locknuts are available in American Standard and Metric, hex-finished, heavy, and hi nuts.
